Who is GrowThrive intended for?
GrowThrive was specifically developed for teens and young adults ages 12 and up who want to grow physically and mentally naturally.
Recommended intake according to age
For ages 12 to 13, it is recommended to take one capsule daily, starting with a very slim build or low weight. Teenagers between 14 and 17 years of age take two capsules daily as the standard dosage. Young adults between 18 and 25 years of age also take two capsules daily, especially for athletic and active individuals. Adults 25 and older should take two to three capsules daily, but only when needed or during physical exertion. The maximum dose should not be exceeded without consulting a doctor.
Tip: GrowThrive is best taken with a main meal, such as breakfast or lunch, to improve the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins like D3 and K2. Don't forget to drink plenty of fluids.
Is GrowThrive safe?

Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed after the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your home address instead of your work address, as we do not know how long the destination customs department will hold the package.
